Terms & Conditions & No-Cancellation Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms: By registering and using Canteen Express, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Institutional Account Use: Faculty and staff accounts require a valid Palawan State University institutional email ending in @psu.palawan.edu.ph. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Ordering & Campus Deliveries: Delivery requests are processed within campus buildings and rooms. A ₱15 delivery fee (rider earning) per ₱300 order block applies as stated at checkout.

4. Strict No-Cancellation Policy (No Cancel Order): Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellation is strictly prohibited. Kitchen preparation begins immediately upon order placement to ensure fast campus delivery times.

5. Privacy Policy: Your personal data, contact number, and location information are collected solely for order processing, queuing, and delivery tracking purposes.

6. User Conduct: Any misuse of the platform, fraudulent ordering, or harassment of delivery riders and canteen staff will result in account restriction or ban.
